PC to PC messaging program but it can definitely achieve much more!
You can use it to send messages to friends/colleagues, hold a discussion
with multiple users, transfer files etc. It does not require a server
to run and is 100% TCP/IP based. You can use NetChat in an Intranet/Internet
environment with ease because it is really user-friendly! Unlike
other chat programs that can be sophiscated or badly designed, NetChat
is simple and requires no extra configuration. Simply key in your
friend's IP and that's it! NetChat is a wonderful tool that has
great potential for add-ons and enhancements. Using your PC and the Internet,
you can now hold face-to-face conversations with friends and family,
and collaborate with co-workers around the world. NetMeeting's audio
and video conferencing features let you communicate with anyone
on the Internet. The whiteboard lets you collaborate in real time
with others via graphic information. Chat lets you conduct real-time
conversations via text, with as many people as you like. File transfer
lets you send one or more files in the background during a NetMeeting
conference. NetMeeting's Program Sharing feature lets you flexibly
share multiple programs during a conference and retain greater control
over the way they're used. Remote Desktop Sharing lets you operate
a computer from a remote location. NetMeeting uses three types of

dont need to play with cryptic commands (although also supported;
even if not that cryptic :) ) but you can do everything by a userfriendly
GUI. Even if you already know PINO 2 you will be impressed by PINO
3, because it offers the same featureset of PINO 2 and much much
more fancy stuff. This is a free chat server
and client suite . It's very ease to install and comes with many
features, including channels and a channel manager, private chat,
user manager, IP filter, Censor list, custom appearance and more.
In order to connect to your server, users just need to have the
client, which you can send to them by email or other means. They
can then access the server using their assigned user name and password
(unless you run it open to the public). The client application can
also be branded by displaying custom HTML in the browser bar (optional).
HyperChat Suite also includes graphical utilization statistics,
private messaging and the option to publish your dynamic IP address.
Overall a very nice and user friendly chat server solution. This freeware is a chat
system consisting of a MICA Server and clients. It allows its users
to send instant messages over a TCP/IP network (including but not
